It Starts With A Detailed Inspection
Prior to cleaning duct-work, we perform a thorough inspection using a camera scope to view the inside of your air ducts. We also enter your crawl space and attic to make sure there are no damaged or disconnected duct lines, and we provide a report with cleaning recommendations based on that inspection. We also conduct a full camera inspection post cleaning.
We Always Use The Right Equipment
Amateur duct cleaning companies use machines that are essentially a portable shop vac with a brush on the end of it. They may not know better, but this is essentially a scam, because the equipment simply won't clean your duct-work. In addition, the vacuums are drug through your home, which could cause a spill or mess.
As a Class-A Building Contractor, we are equipped with grade-A gas powered equipment, including a 25 horse power 350lb. vacuum, and high powered air compressor to clean your duct system. This equipment is 10 times stronger than the portable system many companies attempt to use to clean air ducts. The equipment has 100 ft. hoses and is kept outdoors to prevent a mess in your home. This is what is required to reliably dislodge and remove debris from your duct system.

When we clean you duct-work, you have the option for us to fog a disinfectant treatment through the system. This is an EPA registered peroxide based product, with nearly zero residual smell. In addition, we offer an anti-microbial treatment to prevent future mold and fungus buildup.

There are many cases where duct-work is damaged, disconnected, improperly sealed, or just plain old and worn out. When we conduct your duct inspection, we will recommend any needed repairs, sealing, insulation upgrades, or duct replacement as needed.
